Steps to register for the GMAT

  4. Schedule your appointment and receive a confirmation email
  5. Pay the rescheduled fee of USD 50 (approx. Rs. 4,077.62) if you want to reschedule the exam on a different date
  6. Prepare for the test using official study materials and practise tests
  7. On the test day, bring a valid, government-issued ID and arrive at the test centre on time
  8. Take the exam and await your results

Please note that these are the general steps to register for GMAT. It may vary depending on the location and test centre availability. Additionally, you may have to pay USD 150 (approx. Rs. 12,232.86) as a cancellation fee if you cancel the exam. Moreover, the fees and test centres may change in the future.

GMAT eligibility criteria for Indian students

There are no specific eligibility criteria for Indian students taking the GMAT, as it is open to anyone who wants to take the test. However, students planning to study MBA must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute. Most applicants taking the GMAT are either graduating final-year students or working professionals.Some MBA programmes may also have a minimum GPA requirement and work experience.
